Bohdana Pražská
Bohdana Prazska obtained her degrees in civil engineering (1995) and in economics (1996) from the Technical University in Brno. She started her career as a tax advisor in 1997 at Moore Stephens. She became a tax advisor in 1997.
She joined Linklaters in the Czech Republic in 2001, where she became a managing associate. She joined KempHoogstad as a partner in 2006. Bohdana is devoted to the management of the firm. She advises large Czech companies, multinational companies, and high net-worth individuals on Czech and international tax issues.
She has particular experience in the real estate sector and advising developers and investors on the tax aspects of their businesses. Her experience includes advising on the development of the Czech Republic's largest and most successful shopping centres, large scale residential and multifunctional projects, and the acquisition of property portfolios in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
She is a member of the Chamber of Czech Tax Advisors and the International Fiscal Association.
