Bohdana Prazska obtained her degrees in civil engineering (1995) and in economics (1996) from the Technical University in Brno. She started her career as a tax advisor in 1997 at Moore Stephens. She became a tax advisor in 1997.

She joined Linklaters in the Czech Republic in 2001, where she became a managing associate. She joined KempHoogstad as a partner in 2006. Bohdana is devoted to the management of the firm. She advises large Czech companies, multinational companies, and high net-worth individuals on Czech and international tax issues.

She has particular experience in the real estate sector and advising developers and investors on the tax aspects of their businesses. Her experience includes advising on the development of the Czech Republic's largest and most successful shopping centres, large scale residential and multifunctional projects, and the acquisition of property portfolios in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

She is a member of the Chamber of Czech Tax Advisors and the International Fiscal Association.

Filip Dostál obtained a degree in economics (2007) from the University of Economics in Prague.

He started his career in KempHoogstad in 2007 and became a tax advisor, currently he is a partner in KempHoogstad. He advises large Czech companies, multinational companies and high net-worth individuals on Czech and international tax issues. He has particular experience in the real estate sector and advising developers and investors on the tax aspects of their businesses. His experience includes advising on the development of Czech shopping centres, large scale residential and multifunctional projects, and the acquisition of property portfolios in the Czech Republic. He is experienced in the preparation of tax returns.

He is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic and the International Fiscal Association.

Lenka Hykšová obtained degrees in economics and accounting from the University of Economics in Prague.

She worked as a financial analyst in Finop Holding a. s. (1993 to 1997). She then worked as a tax advisor and assistant to an auditor at Moore Stephens s. r. o. (until 2002). Since this time, she has been working as an independent tax advisor. She cooperated with the Prague branch of Linklaters (until 2006), currently, she works for KempHoogstad. Lenka became a certified tax advisor in 1997.

Lenka specialises in the Czech tax aspects of real estate projects. She provides her services to large developers or firms engaged in the rental and management of real estate. Her experience includes the preparation of tax returns.

She is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic.

Veronika Reková obtained degrees in economics and accounting from the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of International Relations.

She worked as an assistant to tax advisor in Linklaters v.o.s. (now Kinstellar s.r.o., 2001 to 2010). She then worked as a senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Czech Republic (until 2017). Since 2017, she has been working as an independent tax advisor. Currently, she works for KempHoogstad. Veronika became a certified tax advisor in 2007.

Veronika specialises in corporate and international taxation. She provides her services to Czech and international firms. Her experience includes the preparation of tax returns.

She is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic.

Alena Ridvanová graduated from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (Faculty of Education) in 1993.

After her studies, she spent almost two years in the USA where she participated in an international educational project the TIMMS (in LessonLab, Los Angeles, CA).

She worked as an assistant in the tax department of the Prague branch of Linklaters between 2001 and 2004. Since 2011, Alena works as an office manager in KempHoogstad.
