Professional membership and listings

We are members of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic (Komora daňových poradců České republiky). We comply with the Code of Ethics of the Chamber of Tax Advisors. You can find the complete wording of the Code of Ethics here.

Thanks to our membership in the specialised working groups at the Chamber, we are fully informed about all on-going and future trends in tax legislation. The working groups are: real estate tax; inheritance, gift and real estate transfer tax; value added tax; corporate income tax and international taxation and customs.

We are also members of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), a non-governmental international organisation engaged in international taxation. Its members are investors, people working in tax departments of companies, tax advisors, lawyers, university professors and governmental clerks. The IFA has more than eleven thousand members from 94 countries.

We regularly monitor activities of the National Accounting Board (Národní účetní rada). Its goal is to support professional expertise and vocational ethics and the development of accounting careers and methodology for accounting and financing.

We are listed in the prestigious directory Legal 500 thanks to our professionalism, expertise and high quality of work, which is mainly appreciated by our clients.

We are members of the Czech Management Association (CMA). Its goal is to support the development of the professional skills of managers and their ability to manage teams and support ethics in business, ethical relationships among workers and business partners and responsibility towards consumers.

Since 2015, we are members of the Association for the Support and Development of Trust Funds (APRSF) which is a self-governing, voluntary, non-political and non-profit association founded for the support and development of trust funds. The purpose of the association is to promote a high standard of quality and expertise among service providers, consultants and the administration of trust funds.
